St. Louis JOE

Let's see....I met Joe in 1997 at a scooter rally about 15 miles outside Lawrence, Kansas. Please don't ask me why I was there...but it turned out to be a great rally!  Joe lives in St. Louis and he's in the Hard Luck Scooter Club.  They USED to put on the BEST rallies in the world but they stopped.  Don't even bring it up, they aren't changing their minds anytime soon.  I think Joe was the FIRST honorary Secret Servix Bitch.  Congrats JOE!!!
